Scan the UCC 128 food label that has information like production date, product code, weight and case serial numbers and produce a weight sheet that has the Total weight by Product code and attach it to the Invoice. A copy of the sheet can be filed to track the case serial numbers that were sent on each invoice. Electronic versions can also be archived in a computer.

The Weight Sheet could be obtained from an ordinary printer with a serial interface or from a Barcode Printer that would produce a 4” X 6” label which can be affixed to the invoice or packing slip.
